We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Dessert Yard. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the exceptional quality of our coffee and beverage offerings, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities
Prepare and Serve Exceptional Beverages:
Craft a variety of coffee and specialty beverages according to established recipes.
Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served.
Customer Service:
Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on preferences.
Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization:
Keep the barista station and service areas clean and well-organized.
Adhere to hygiene and sanitation standards.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the Dessert Yard menu, including desserts and beverages.
Educate customers about our offerings and assist with their selections.
Operational Support:
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Adaptability:
Handle peak hours and maintain composure during busy periods.
Be versatile to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:
2 years experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
