Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to enhance their shopping experience
Maintain clean, organized, and inviting store spaces to promote a positive environment
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting stock counts
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately during transactions while ensuring excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational objectives




Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure workplace for all staff and visitors
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and store policies

Experience
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
Solid communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse customers and team members
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
A proactive attitude with the motivation to contribute actively toward team success
