WCL is looking for an experienced Pipe Layer to join our underground water and sewer crew. This role is responsible for installing pipe safely and accurately following earthworks. If you know underground work, understand line and grade, and take pride in doing it right, we want you on our team.

WHAT YOU NEED
3+ years experience as a Pipe Layer in underground water and sewer construction
Robust knowledge of water, sewer, and storm pipe installation
Experience installing pipe to line and grade using laser or traditional methods
Solid understanding of trench safety, shoring, and ground conditions
Ability to work closely with excavator operators, topmen, and foremen
Experience with bedding, backfill, and proper compaction around pipe
Safety-focused with strong job site awareness
Dependable, punctual,



and team-oriented

REQUIRED TICKETS
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to obtain)

SCHEDULE
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
6 days on / 1 day off
