Sky Kitchen & Flooring is looking for a hungry, self-driven sales representative to grow our flooring and tile division. This is not a desk job. This is not a 9-to-5. This is an chance to build something real — with uncapped commission and genuine upside for the right person.

What you'll be doing:
Building relationships with builders, contractors, renovators, property managers, and trade specialists across the region
Generating and closing flooring and tile sales — showroom walk-ins, referrals, and outbound outreach
Attending trade shows, builder meetings, and industry events to grow our network
Nurturing repeat business with builders and contractors for ongoing, recurring orders
Acting as the face of Sky Kitchen's flooring division in the marketplace

$500/week draw for your first 3 months to help you get established while you build your pipeline

Who we're looking for:
Someone who considers themselves a natural closer — not someone who needs to be managed daily
Experience in sales (flooring, building materials, or trades preferred but not required — hunger and coachability matter more)
Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship-building, and being the driver of your own success
Entrepreneurial mindset — you see this as building your own business within ours
Local to the Belleville/Quinte area, with reliable transportation

Compensation: Commission-based (details discussed in interview) + $500/week draw for first 3 months

Pay: $34,400.00-$123,465.98 per year

Experience:
B2B sales: 5 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:
