Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.*## Your Moneris Career - What you'll do* Collaborate with HR business leaders to understand evolving HR needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.* Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules.* Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology, providing guidance, support, and training to HR teams and other stakeholders.* Support system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend cutting-edge solutions to enhance HR efficiency and data integrity.* Support the development and execute test plans for system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.* Generate reports to identify trends and support decision-making.## Your Moneris Career - What you bring* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.



Equivalent work experience considered in place of formal education.* 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong understanding of HCM, learning and talent related modules.
