Our programs unlock limitless potential through outdoor adventure—and our land is a big part of that story.Working with us means spending your summer doing meaningful work, learning new skills, and contributing to lasting social and environmental change.About the RoleWorking alongside our Site Maintenance Technician and Facilities and Assets Lead, you’ll help maintain and restore our lakeside site using sustainable and ecological practices like permaculture, rewilding, and Leave No Trace principles. You’ll play a key role in keeping the land secure, welcoming, and thriving for participants, staff, volunteers, and wildlife.You’ll work with a passionate team, gain hands‑on outdoor leadership experience, and make a real impact on people’s lives. Think teamwork, trail time, and personal growth, all wrapped up in one amazing summer!What You'll Be DoingCaring for the LandMaintain trails, gardens, wetlands, and natural spacesSupport organic lawn care, planting, pruning, mulching, and restoration workAssist with eco‑friendly facility upkeep and green cleaning practicesSupporting ProgramsPrep gear and equipment for outdoor and adaptive recreation programsHelp set up camps, program spaces,
