WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for two Shift Supervisors to join our Grocery& Front-End department within our Food Centre located at 2132 Keating XRd, Saanichton BC, BC. This is a full-time position offeringapproximately 32 - 40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is:

- Available to work any day of the week, includingmornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
- Confident and a reliable leader who can supportthe team
- Can make decisions and stay organized in afast-paced environment
- Proactive and supports daily store operations,including stocking, merchandising, and safety procedures
- Able to stand for long periods and frequentlylift up to 50 lbs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Lead shifts and supports daily operations
- Coach and supports team members to help themsucceed in their roles
- Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintaina safe environment
- Address performance and safety concerns whilecommunicating clearly with the team




- Confidently assist customers
- Follow all regulations regarding sellingage-restricted products
- Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
- Ensure products are well displayed and meetquality standards
- Safely and effectively operate requiredequipment
- Follow all safety procedures
