About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead and uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in compliance with global regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the quality culture and vision, ensuring just-in-time delivery schedules, and overseeing various quality functions including assurance, control, sterility assurance, validation, and analytical development. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO to develop and maintain quality standards that support the strategic and growth plans of the company. The VP of Quality will also be instrumental in driving operational and cultural change towards quality assurance,



particularly in the transition from clinical to commercial GMP activities.

Applicants for the Vice President of Quality position at the company should have a strong background in GMP regulations, with a focus on sterile products, and a proven track record of leading quality cultural change. The role requires a candidate with a BSc, MSc, or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline, a minimum of 15 years' pharmaceutical QA experience, and at least 10 years in a management role. Experience in facility design and validation, as well as a background in regulatory affairs, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, possess robust coaching and leadership skills, and have a successful history of developing and executing company-wide GMP quality strategies. The role demands a detail-oriented individual with outstanding project planning, organization, and communication skills, who is flexible and able to support a 24/7 operational environment.
