This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining governance artefacts, supporting multiple releases, and enabling delivery across technology, product, and business process workstreams.The Project Control Officer will provide day-to-day project support for the Unified Provider Platform (UPP) and HALO projects, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and communication across stakeholders.The role requires solid project management fundamentals, working knowledge of agile delivery, and hands-on experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools.Must haves:Demonstrated experience supporting software application delivery teams (e.G., product, development teams)Proven experience working in both waterfall and agile project environmentsHands-on experience with Confluence and Jira (documentation, tracking, reporting)Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals, including governance, milestones, risks, and dependenciesBackground in healthcare, health IT, or enterprise IT environments Responsibilities:Coordinate and support assigned projects through all phases of the project lifecycleTrack and report on project progress, milestones, risks, issues, actions, and dependenciesPrepare, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, release plans, and roadmapsSupport preparation of governance materials, approvals,
