Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Use product knowledge to recommend eyewear and lenses tailored to each customer’s needs
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for the optometrist
Assist with pre-testing patients prior to their eye exam (training provided)




Learn to adjust eyeglasses and troubleshoot common customer concerns

Qualifications & Skills:
Robust sales ability with confidence in recommending products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous retail sales experience preferred
Interest in eyewear and fashion is an asset
