Working alongside them, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure the highest guest satisfaction
Ensure work schedules and procedures are respected
Maintain records of waste
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Will be responsible to open and/or close restaurant properly
Cash management functions

Part time Supervisor - Must be available days, evenings and weekends with reliable transportation Food Safety, WHMIS, and First Aid are all considered assets but are not necessary. Position is part time.
