We are a fast-growing car wash and automotive appearance center dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle care. We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Front Desk Customer Service & Sales Representative who enjoys interacting with people and helping customers choose the services that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain car wash packages, memberships, and additional services.
Recommend products and services based on customer needs.
Process payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Meet or exceed sales goals for memberships, wash packages, and add-on services.

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending products and services.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and POS system experience.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Cash handling experience is an asset.

Preferred Skills
Upselling and cross-selling experience.
Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting the team.
