Job Summary

We are looking to hire 2 to 3 skilled Residential Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, decks/ fences, finishing and a robust background in residential carpentry. This is a hands on role for people who want steady work and the chance to grow with a busy Edmonton builder. Positions start as a 3 to 4 week working trial that converts to a permanent spot for the right fit.

Responsibilities
Run and/or work with a crew on various residential construction projects.
Perform framing, finishing, flooring, cabinet installs, roofing, decks/fences, and landscaping tasks
Ensure all work is completed according to quality standards and timelines
Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
Prepare, move, and organize materials and tools on site. Keep work areas clean, protected, and ready.
Travel reliably to and between job sites.

Experience
Proven 2 to 4 years experience in residential carpentry.
Background in landscaping, decks and fences, or finishing carpentry preferred




Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools.

Requirements
Must supply your own hand tools.
Must have your own vehicle and be able to drive.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Hours and Pay
44 to 55 hours per week.
$15 to $32 per hour depending on experience and skill.
Hourly subcontractor arrangement preferred.
