QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIANCE
Must hold a valid CWB Certificate in FCAW, SMAW
5+ years of experience in a fabrication shop required
Self-motivated individuals, with strong attention to detail, who take pride in producing quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a TEAM efficiently, and safely in a fast-paced shop environment
Positive communication skills, both written and oral

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Welding of Carbon steel Using GMAW, FCAW, MCAW, SMAW (some Stainless Steel)
Read, interpret and work off drawings
Fit and tack projects of all sizes,



schedules and material grades
Material preparation such as flame cutting, grinding, gauging, and plasma cutting
Operate overhead cranes
Comply with Quality and Safety standards
Be an active participant in the company’s safety program

Valid driver’s license and clean driver abstract
