We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our team. Duties
Deliver high-quality hair styling services tailored to client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards throughout the salon to ensure a secure and hygienic environment
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and building lasting relationships
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient appointment flow
Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation protocols relevant to salon environments
Ability to upsell products and services confidently without being pushy
Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
Experience in retail sales within a salon or similar setting is preferred
Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing our brand
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
