Job Overview
We are seeking a Cashier/Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. This job is a dream job in food industry Mon-Fri 7.30 AM to 2.30 PM and no working on stat holidays and during Christmas week.

Duties
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process customer transactions accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front end area
Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers
Upsell products to increase sales revenue
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operations
Take Catering Orders from customers over phone and emails
Response to customers over email or Catering orders as needed
Coordinate delivery for customer orders with delivery partners
Restock drinks and place order for drinks as needed

Requirements
Prior experience in food service or customer service is preferred
Proficiency in cash handling procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Knowledge of food handling regulations is a plus
Excellent time management skills
Should be able to reconcile the tills at end of the day
Pro Serve license will be good
