What You’ll Do

We are looking for motivated, confident, and coachable Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls, connect with decision-makers, qualify prospects, and either set appointments or close deals directly.

This is not an order-taking position, this is proactive, outbound sales. We are looking for hunters to;
Make 80–100 outbound cold calls daily
Engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly
Deliver clear, compelling sales messaging
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or close deals
Track all activity in CRM systems




Participate in ongoing training and performance coaching

Qualifications
Previous cold calling or inside sales experience preferred (but not required)
Robust communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic CRM proficiency
Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a commission-based position designed for highly motivated individuals who want control over their income and growth.
