We are currently seeking a Leasing Agent to join our team who will report to the VP Leasing and contribute to the overall success of the Leasing Department by providing a friendly and personal experience for our potential tenants.

What You Will Do:
Contact leads, show properties, handle objections, and close sales
Provide timely responses to tenant inquiries via email and phone
Keep accurate records of leads and showings in CRM
Join daily / weekly meetings, ensure department KPIs are met, and communicate with clients to provide leasing reports.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times

Experience / Skills Required:
3+ years of leasing or real estate experience




Solid communication and sales skills
Strong work ethic and a positive team player
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Enjoy meeting current people and providing high-quality service
Must have a full G driver’s license

Compensation:
Base salary + commission
Commission per lease
Base salary will be based on experience
Gas & phone allowance
