We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server/Front of House team member to join our vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring food safety standards and sanitation protocols are maintained
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front of house and kitchen operations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly and efficiently

Requirements
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Solid customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Experience in food preparation, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a rapid-paced workplace
