You will be responsible for leading financial analysts and ensuring accurate month-end cuts while collaborating extensively with operations and auditors. Your goal is to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial analysts in managing accounts payable and inventory
Support quarter-end and month-end close processes
Collaborate directly with auditors on financial statements
Document and enforce compliance with accounting policies
Identify system enhancements for financial accuracy Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA is a plus
5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Proven experience in close and reporting settings
High proficiency with MS Excel
