We are seeking a passionate and energetic Before and After School Educator to join our vibrant team dedicated to fostering a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities
Supervise children during before and after school hours, ensuring their safety at all times
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational activities
Support children with providing guidance and encouragement to foster independence
Create a welcoming setting that promotes social interaction, cooperation, and positive behavior
Maintain a clean,



organized classroom or activity space that encourages learning and play
Collaborate with colleagues to develop engaging curricula that meet developmental needs of diverse learners

Experience
Prior experience working with children and special needs children, in an educational or childcare setting is preferred
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Robust understanding of child development stages and appropriate activities
Communication skills to engage children and team members
Passion for fostering a supportive workplace that encourages curiosity and growth

Pay: $17.60-$22.00 per hour
