No prior experience in optics is required. The candidate will be trained and supported by our team

Job description:

• Greet customers in a professional, courteous and attentive manner

• Answer the phone

• Book appointments for patients

• Open and update patient files

• Direct the patient to the right professional based on their needs

• Perform pretest exams

• Take care of invoicing and collections

• End of the day closing

• Place certain product orders via the computer system

• Follow up with customers
