Job Description

Logik Roofing & Insulation is a growing company looking for an experienced Attic Insulation Crew Leader to run residential jobs across the GTA and throughout Ontario.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be responsible for managing a crew, completing installs, and ensuring jobs are done efficiently and to a high standard.

This position requires travel across Ontario, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage an attic insulation crew on job sites
Perform and oversee air sealing / draft-proofing
Install blown insulation, batt & poly, and blanket insulation
Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site

Compensation & Perks
$35+/hour (based on experience)

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in attic insulation
Strong knowledge of air sealing, blown insulation, batt & poly & blanket insulation
Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
Valid driver’s license (required)
Comfortable working in attics and physically demanding environments
Must be willing to travel across Ontario and stay out of town when required

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)
Roofing experience
Experience installing roof vents
Ability to complete minor roof repairs

Shop based in Oshawa, ON
