Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agricultural Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain solid relationships with growers, agricultural businesses, and distributors while driving sales growth across our product and service portfolio. You will identify new business opportunities, provide expert product recommendations, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and commercial clients.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client consultations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans for management.




Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in agricultural sales, account management, or business development.
Strong knowledge of agricultural products, equipment, or farming operations is an asset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Pay: $6,667.00-$8,750.00 per month
