What You’ll Be Doing
Perform oil changes, tire services, and routine maintenance with speed and accuracy
Spot additional service needs during inspections and communicate them to the team
Assist with basic repairs and diagnostics
Keep your bay clean, organized, and moving efficiently
Stay productive throughout the day without needing direction

What We’re Looking For
Automotive or mechanical experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Self-starter who looks for prospects, not instructions
Comfortable communicating and working within a team




Basic computer skills
Reliable, punctual, and accountable

Key
This is a performance-driven shop. Team members who take initiative and stay productive tend to do very well here. Those looking for a slower-paced environment usually don’t last.

Compensation & Benefits
$19–$20/hour starting wage
