At Cera Korean Tapas, we combine bold Korean flavours with a contemporary tapas-style dining experience, exceptional cocktails, and warm hospitality. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to join our front-of-house team. Position
Part-Time or Full-Time
Evening and weekend availability required

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest
Recommend drink pairings that complement our Korean-inspired menu
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Process orders and payments accurately
Follow all liquor service and health & safety regulations
Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications




1–3 years of bartending experience
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
Serving It Right certification required (or ability to obtain before starting)
