Shape the landscape of Counterparty Credit Risk with RBC as an Associate Director. Lead creative analyses and automation efforts while directly impacting risk management strategies in Toronto. In this role, you will spearhead derivative credit sizing and explore key risks associated with counterparties.

You will collaborate with teams to ensure proper risk controls are in place, analyzing and reviewing critical transactions to facilitate business needs. Your technical skills will drive development initiatives aimed at streamlining processes across the risk management framework. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct credit sizing and ad-hoc analyses on credit events
Analyze trading strategies against risk tolerance levels
Review significant transactions to ensure risk controls are upheld




Coordinate with GRM Credit team for effective risk appetite review
Automate tools to standardize risk measures within systems Requirements:
3+ years in quantitative Risk Control at a financial institution
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or quantitative discipline
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills to meet tight deadlines Leverage your credit risk expertise to enhance RBC's risk management operations and drive impactful change.
