Association of Ottawa is looking for a Youth Programs Coordinator to manage vital programs until March 31, 2027. This position requires strategic planning, program implementation, and collaboration with various stakeholders to foster a safe and inclusive workplace. Engage youth and families to promote participation and development in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute schedules and timelines for programs
Build relationships with stakeholders and partners
Supervise staff and volunteer teams during program activities
Manage program budgets and funding compliance
Create reports analyzing program success and participant feedback Requirements:
Education in social work, community development, or youth work
Proven experience in program coordination
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Knowledge of youth development principles
Flexibility for evening and weekend work as needed Drive youth empowerment and community impact through cooperative programming at ACAO.
