As the Warehouse Lead Hand, you will guide a dedicated team while managing daily operations such as shipping, picking, and inventory control.

Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks daily
Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
Coordinate staff assignments while engaged in warehouse work
Lead safety and production meetings to motivate the team
Communicate operational issues effectively to team members Requirements:
5 years of warehouse experience required
2 years in a leadership role preferred
Forklift license with 5 years of operation experience
Proficient in RF systems for at least 3 years
