Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in supporting agricultural operations. This role involves operating various farm machinery and power tools to ensure efficient production and maintenance crop management equipment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge, experience with heavy equipment, and the ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Responsibilities
Operate farm machinery and related equipment safely and efficiently
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance
Handle heavy lifting tasks related to equipment parts or materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency




class 1 drivers must be able to safely load and unload semis
class 1 drivers will have a mix between driving semis and operating equipment

Requirements
Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy machinery for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience working with farm machinery or in agricultural settings is preferred

preference giving those with a class 1 drivers license. must have valid class 5 license. over seas travelers welcome to apply but we are not accepting any lmia applicants.
