We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator Level 1 to join our team. Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Support children in daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities
Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
Foster an inclusive environment that accommodates children with special needs or disabilities
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns
Maintain a clean,



organized classroom environment that adheres to safety standards
Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum and classroom activities
Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
Uphold all policies related to child safety, health regulations, and confidentiality

Experience
Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is preferred
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus
Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
Organizational skills for managing planned activities, documentation, and daily routines
Experience with computer operation for record keeping and educational tools is advantageous
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices in child development

Pay: $16.13-$18.77 per hour
