Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Montessori Teacher to join our Montessori School in Aurora. The ideal candidate is a dedicated educator who values child-led learning and is committed to the Montessori philosophy.

Positions available in the Toddler classroom.

The responsibilities include:
Creating a warm and engaging classroom environment that follows Montessori principles
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's development
Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualized learning experiences
Maintain a prepared Montessori setting with appropriate materials
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times
Designing age-appropriate program plans weekly focused on developing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills
Assessing children’s individual needs
Implementing daily, weekly,



and monthly Ministry of Education and Public Health requirements to meet compliance such as ratio, health and safety, program plan, etc.

Requirements:
Montessori Diploma (Toddler)
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori Classroom
Standard First Aid Training and CPR Level C
Vulnerable Sector Check
Medical and Immunization Report
