We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts & Service Counter professional to join our team.

-Managing parts inventory

-Assisting customers
Supporting Service operations within a dealership
Need solid organizational skills & Mechanical knowledge
Have Car Dealership Experience

Responsibilities
Assist customers at the Parts and Service counter by providing knowledgeable support and product recommendations
Manage Inventory levels - Data entry, and Track Parts
Process Parts Orders both at Parts Counter and for Service Repair Orders & Shop
Source parts from Suppliers, Negotiate Pricing, and maintain Supplier relationships to control Department Costs
Support the supply chain process by coordinating deliveries, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels
Maintain accurate records of transactions, part numbers, and customer interactions




Support Service Technicians by providing necessary Parts quickly and efficiently
Assist with sourcing current suppliers or alternative parts to improve cost-effectiveness and availability
Check in Service Customers
Colaborate with Technicians and Update Customers on Repairs
Previous Dealership experience
Mechanical knowledge related to Automotive is Required
Excellent Customer Service skills
Very Strong ability to Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
