Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cashier to join our team who can work a 2:30 p.m. shift with closing availability at a bustling restaurant. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Looking for Tuesday and Friday availability for receiving deliveries.

Duties
Operate the POS system to process transactions
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
Sanitize work areas and maintain cleanliness
Assist customers with menu inquiries and provide recommendations
Upsell additional items to customers
Support food preparation by packaging to-go orders
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service flow
Master Cleaning Checklist for Closing Shift.
Receive deliveries of frozen and dry products.





Qualifications
Experience in cash handling and operating a POS system is preferred
Knowledge of basic math for accurate transactions
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Robust time management skills
Familiarity with food handling and restaurant operations is a plus
Excellent customer service skills and willingness to help customers

Job Types: Full time, Part time
