Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality.
Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a team-oriented and efficient team environment.
Manage food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
Collaborate with management to develop menus that appeal to our diverse clientele.




Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Uphold hospitality values by providing excellent service and maintaining a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or culinary setting.
Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of restaurant management practices and food safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality is preferred.
