We are seeking a professional and dependable Motor Coach Operator to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles efficiently. The Motor Coach Operator is responsible for ensuring a comfortable and secure experience for all passengers while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
Safely operate motor coaches along designated routes, ensuring passenger safety at all times
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, seating, and inquiries
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning of mechanical systems and safety equipment
Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the coach, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
Follow scheduled routes and adhere to time schedules while maintaining flexibility for unforeseen delays
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers,



and team members using transparent and professional language
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operation
Assist in emergency situations with calmness and professionalism

Skills
Mechanical knowledge to perform basic vehicle inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
Solid communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
Customer service orientation to ensure a positive experience for all passengers
Valid commercial driving license with appropriate endorsements for operating large vehicles
Knowledge of maintenance procedures relevant to motor coach operation
Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and professionally
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations responsibly
Attention to safety protocols and detail-oriented approach to vehicle inspections and route adherence

Pay: $25.00 per hour
