Duties
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
Assist clients with hair styling services, including consultations and executing various styles
Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, tools, and ensuring a hygienic environment
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business revenue
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products




Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling payments
Support team members with daily operations to ensure smooth salon flow and client satisfaction

Experience
Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk operations is preferred but not required
Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation practices is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Ability to upsell products or services tactfully to enhance the client experience
Experience working in a retail or salon environment will be advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate
A friendly attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role

Pay: $3,400.00-$6,500.00 per month
