Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and deliver beverages promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
Monitor guest behavior responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service policies and promoting a safe setting.
Collaborate with event staff to coordinate beverage service timing and special requests for large groups or private functions.




Handle cash transactions or POS system operations accurately when required.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and responsible alcohol service.

Skills
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role, preferably in banquet or event settings.
Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy event times while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies or equipment as required.
