Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and passionate Mexican Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience preparing traditional Mexican dishes and stews, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Mexican dishes and stews with consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
Complete all necessary food preparation and mise en place before service.
Monitor kitchen needs, maintain adequate supplies, and communicate inventory requirements to management.
Ensure all food is handled, prepared, and stored according to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
Follow all health and safety standards and company procedures.
Assist in organizing and maintaining an productive kitchen operation.




Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service.

Requirements
Previous experience preparing Mexican cuisine is required.
Food Protected Level 1 Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
