Responsibilities
Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene
Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail care options or retail products
Engage clients with friendly communication, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable throughout their appointment
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Assist in maintaining a clean,



organized workspace that adheres to health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, managing appointments efficiently, and fostering a positive salon atmosphere

Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty or spa workplace
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, current trends, and best sanitation practices
Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs
Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required; training can be provided for interested candidates
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous for success in this role
