Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle for local deliveries and pickups.
Complete daily local routes and return home after each shift.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensure freight is transported safely and delivered on time.
Maintain accurate delivery records and required documentation.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and delivery updates.
Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
Minimum 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
Clean driving abstract.
Strong knowledge of road safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude.
