Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a rapid-paced restaurant setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that every dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Experience




Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Familiarity with food handling safety practices is essential.
Experience with cashiering and using POS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A passion for providing outstanding guest services and helping others.

Pay: $17.20-$20.13 per hour
