Responsibilities
Assist with forming and framing construction projects
Operate power tools such as skill saws
be able to work from heights
Support with various duties as assigned
Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Set up and clean up equipment required for daily operations




Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety

Skills
Prior construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
works well in fast pace environment
Knowledge of forming and framing materials is a plus
Solid physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor for extended periods
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team workplace
Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety guidelines at all times

Pay: $18.25-$40.00 per hour
