We are seeking a dependable and performance-driven part time Baker to join our team. This role requires a 4 AM start and a robust commitment to quality, consistency, and operational excellence.

As a Baker, you are responsible for setting the tone of the day by ensuring our products are fresh, properly prepared, and fully stocked for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake all products in accordance with Tim Hortons brand standards
Follow daily production charts to maintain accurate forecasting and ensure full in-stock during peak periods
Execute strict portion control to protect product consistency and food cost
Monitor product freshness and complete proper rotation (FIFO)
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe baking environment
Communicate low stock levels or production gaps proactively to management
Work with urgency to meet morning readiness targets

Availability to work Weekdays and weekend.
Strong reliability and punctuality
Ability to work independently and stay focused in a rapid-paced setting
High attention to detail and pride in quality execution
Commitment to food safety and operational standards
Previous baking or quick-service experience is an asset (training provided)
