Job Summary
The Room Attendant (Housekeeper) at Best Western Plus Chateau FSJ is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role involves performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms , ensuring high standards of hospitality and cleanliness are consistently met. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a positive attitude, available during weekends and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly within designated timeframes
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe setting for guests and staff
Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens as needed
Adhere to hotel policies regarding confidentiality, security, and guest privacy

Skills




Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality roles is preferred
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact with guests professionally
Knowledge of cleaning techniques related to hotel or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
