Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and proper food preparation practices
Assist in restaurant setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to ensure a smooth operation

Experience




Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing
Ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced workplace while multitasking seamlessly
Basic math skills for cashiering, billing, and transaction accuracy
Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $18.25-$19.25 per hour
