Position: Clubhouse Server/Beverage Cart Attendant

Oliver’s Nest Golf Club is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual with robust customer service skills to join our Food and Beverage team.

Job Details: Seasonal (mid-April to mid-October). Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $17.60 per hour plus gratuities

Duties:
Provide guests with prompt, friendly, and attentive service
Take orders and process transactions using Lightspeed POS system
Make menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Check on tables, and clean tables after guests leave
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area at all times
Assess customer condition and limit alcohol consumption
Inspect beverage cart daily to ensure it is in proper working condition
Manage beverage cart inventory and maintain control of stock
Set up banquet hall for events (silverware, linens etc.) and reset hall after events
Hold basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette when serving on the course
Complete all tasks on the Daily Checklist
Follow all company policies, health and safety standards,



and liquor regulations

Requirements:
Previous serving or hospitality experience is an asset
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in basic mathematical skills
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to lift and carry items as needed

License/Certification:
Valid Driver’s Licence (required)
Smart Serve Certification (required)
Food Handler Certification (preferred)
