Forklift Operator

Location: Brampton, Ontario
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Full-Time (Temporary to Permanent based on performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Brampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for the protected and efficient operation of forklifts while supporting daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklifts
Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
Perform shipping, receiving, and material handling tasks
Use RF scanners to process inventory and warehouse transactions
Ensure products are handled safely and accurately
Conduct pre-operational forklift inspections and report any equipment issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment




Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of forklift operating experience
Valid Forklift Certification (Sit-Down Counterbalance required)
Experience operating forklifts in a quick-paced warehouse environment
Experience using RF scanners
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required
Good communication skills in English
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
