Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have robust customer service and sales skills, and a passion for helping customers discover products that meet their needs. You will play a key role in providing a positive in-store experience, building brand loyalty, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, answering inquiries, and offering personalized product recommendations.
Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on demos and clear explanations.
Process purchases accurately using the POS system, including handling cash, debit, and credit card transactions.
Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and in-store campaigns to better assist customers.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, restock shelves, and organize displays to keep the store presentable and inviting.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Confidence in explaining product specs and conducting consultative or technical sales.
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering is an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced retail environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
