Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman

Pay: $25–$35/hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, Year-Round
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. (weather permitting)
Location: Keele St. & Lawrence Ave. W., North York, ON

We are a family-run landscaping company looking for a reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, enthusiastic, and physically fit individual to lead our lawn and garden maintenance crew. We are seeking someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing excellent service to our long-term clients.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a landscaping crew
Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and garden maintenance
Planting and sodding
Pruning trees and shrubs
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including:
Lawn mowers
Line trimmers
Hedge trimmers
Leaf blowers
Perform routine equipment maintenance
Snow removal and salting during winter

Requirements
Experience in skilled landscaping or lawn maintenance (crew leadership experience is an asset)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Solid leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions




Physically capable of repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs
G or G2 driver's licence with a clean driving record preferred
CSA-approved safety boots and safety glasses required
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (no immigration sponsorship available)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
Landscape Crew Leader / Foreman: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Ontario G driver's licence? (required)
